New Product Roundup: What Launched Across Fund AI Tools in Q3 2026

Illustration for Qaike's roundup of new fund AI product launches, mid-August to early October 2026

This roundup covers launches and major updates from vendors in Qaike’s directory between 14 August and 5 October 2026. We have grouped them by area: research, deal work, operations, and getting data into the AI tools funds already use.

Research and analysis

Hebbia made two moves. Matrix 2.0 shifts its flagship product from running prompts over documents to delivering finished outputs: models, memos, decks and emails. It can work across hundreds of portfolio companies at once, with a human checkpoint at each step. It is offered as a preview for now. Five weeks later came Headless Hebbia, an API and MCP server that lets firms call Hebbia from their own apps or from Claude and ChatGPT, with each result linked to its evidence.

Daloopa launched Scout, an assistant inside Excel that builds and updates models from plain-language requests. It draws on Daloopa’s data for more than 6,000 companies, and every figure links back to its source.

Marvin Labs added macro research to its analyst chat, so users can ask about inflation, rates or energy without starting from a company. Sources include FRED, the EIA and speeches from nine central banks. A month earlier it began hosting MCP connectors for clients, starting with full-text US legislation.

Unique made AI Conduct generally available. It is an agent workspace that runs tasks of up to 400 steps and pauses for approval before it acts in other apps. The same release lets AI Table work on up to 50,000 rows at once.

Deal sourcing and diligence

Grata launched a Private Market Index that tracks live M&A activity by sector from its own data, with AI-written commentary. Grata has not published the method behind it. Separately, its data on more than 22 million companies is now available inside Perplexity and other tools that accept MCP connectors.

Inven shipped add-ins for PowerPoint and Excel. Teams can build slides on their own templates with live company data, and enrich spreadsheets with revenue, EBITDA and ownership. Its earlier Workflows feature lets teams save repeat jobs, such as buyer lists or one-pagers, and share them across the firm.

Arch extended its platform from portfolio monitoring back into pre-investment diligence. It pulls terms from offering documents, compares funds side by side, and, by Arch’s account, cuts diligence time by up to half.

CENTRL released two sets of agents. Diligence agents screen managers and prepare research meetings. Distribution agents find mandates, prepare prospect meetings and draft investor letters.

Metal launched Metal for Investor Relations, which puts LPs, pipeline and commitments in one view and drafts DDQ answers from an approved library. Metal says it is live with some IR teams but has not called it generally available.

Operations and data

Gresham launched Control Studio, which lets business users set up reconciliations in plain English. It suggests matching rules and lets users test them on sample data before going live.

Alkymi added a Review Agent that checks data pulled from documents, flags odd values and explains why, without changing anything on its own. It also launched Master Data Management to match funds, LPs and borrowers to a single approved record.

Rivvit launched Analytics Studio, where investment and risk teams build dashboards by describing them, on top of Rivvit’s governed data.

Inside the tools funds already use

Several vendors focused less on their own screens and more on reaching users in Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude.

VendorLaunchWhere it works
QuartrEarnings calls, transcripts and filings for 16,000+ companiesMicrosoft 365 Copilot, Excel
IntappDealCloud with Celeste plug-in, with Intapp’s information barriers carried overChatGPT for Financial Services
Blueflame AILibrary of 13+ ready-made connectors and custom connectors to in-house systemsBlueflame, via MCP
S&P Global Market IntelligenceClose to 1 million credit ratings in its AI Data PortalClaude, GPT and Gemini via MCP

Quartr also launched Automations, research tasks that run on a schedule or fire when a company reports, and flag shifts in tone or KPIs across a watchlist.

The pattern

Two threads run through this list. First, many launches are about reach rather than features: Hebbia, Quartr, Grata, Intapp and S&P all made their data or tools work inside other AI products. Second, agents that work on their own are arriving with brakes attached. Unique, Alkymi and Hebbia all stress approval steps, flags or human checkpoints rather than full autonomy.
